Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Rebecca Zamolo gear, but if you are not 100% satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in its original, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your registered email address.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, attach the shipping label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
